Sam is the president of G&S Regal Group, a large commercial, industrial and residential property development, management company & investment group. One of the initial investors in Intelligo Capital Corporation. Member of the Investment Committees of Priveq Corporation & Trellis Capital Corporation, sponsors of venture capital funds.

Tibor is a Partner of the accounting firm Bench and Donath. He sits on the Board and is Chairman, Audit Committee of O&Y Properties, a Toronto Stock Exchange listed company. In addition to his responsibilities with the above mentioned companies, Tibor is a Board member of a number of other prominent companies.
